CEO

Before founding SquareOne in 2013, Allen was the former CEO of CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries Inc. Allen managed over $500 million in annual revenue from 120 brewery and restaurants. He also previously served as the co-founder and CEO of Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group and a Partner in corporate transactions at Miller & Martin PLLC. Allen holds a J.D. from Vanderbilt University Law School, and B.A. in Economics from the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.

COO

Jamie joined SquareOne in 2015 and brings over 20 years of training and culinary experience. He is the former Culinary Training Manager for CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries Inc, where he oversaw training for Gordon Biersch and Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery's restaurant portfolios. Prior to moving to Tennessee Jamie was the Executive Chef of Ragtime Tavern in Jacksonville, FL.

CFO

James joined SquareOne in 2017 and brings over 15 years of experience in financial and management information leadership. Previously, James held senior positions in international supply-chain and commodity trading companies where he oversaw finance and organization of business data. James holds a B.A. in Psychology from the University of Virginia.

VICE PRESIDENT, MANAGING DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Angela Duke joined SquareOne as Vice President, Managing Director of Marketing in 2023 and brings 17 years of experience in delivering sales growth, building business partnerships, and developing new brands. Previously Angela held a senior position at Mohawk flooring, the world’s largest flooring manufacturer, where she led a group of the residential marketing team, focused on creating advertising tools, building customer loyalty and driving sales growth for independent specialty flooring retailers.

President- SquareOne Retail Products

Jeremy Prussia is a senior consumer packaged goods commercial leader with more than 20 years of experience building brands, expanding retail distribution, developing go-to-market strategies, and driving profitable growth across grocery, mass, club, e-commerce and other retail channels. His career includes leadership and commercial experience with some of the most recognized brands in CPG, including Coca-Cola, Starbucks, McCormick, Bush Brothers, Sweet Baby Ray’s, Tabasco, Barilla and Idahoan.

Managing Director, Culinary

Bill joined SquareOne in 2014 and brings over 30 years of culinary experience, including over 50 restaurant opening in addition to training hundreds of cooks and chefs. Bill's tenure includes quick service, brewery restaurants, and fine dining markets. Bill was formerly the Corporate Chef at CraftWorks Restaurants & Breweries Inc where he oversaw both the Gordon Biersch and Rock Bottom Restaurant & Brewery restaurant portfolios. Bill also served as the Corporate Executive Chef at Gordon Biersch Brewery Restaurant Group. He is a graduate of the Western Culinary Institute in Portland, OR.

Research & Development

Scott served as the Executive Chef opening STIR Chattanooga in 2015. In early 2022, Scott joined the SquareOne team as Corporate Chef Research and Development. He assists corporate culinary efforts with special research & development projects and new concept creation.

Purchasing

Andrew joined SquareOne in 2024 and brings Andrew joined SquareOne with over a decade of experience in purchasing and supply chain operations across the manufacturing industry. He has led sourcing strategies, contract negotiations, and process improvements, with a focus on driving cost savings and building strong procurement practices. Andrew holds a degree in Logistics and International Business from the University of Tennessee.

Senior Accounting Manager

Steve brings extensive experience from his time at Delaware North, a large hospitality company, where he oversaw accounting operations for food & beverage and hospitality divisions across the western U.S. He manages the finance team for SquareOne Holdings.

Accounting

Stefani Bell joined SquareOne in 2017. Her professional background includes extensive experience in the hospitality industry, notably serving as an event manager at the Chattanooga Convention Center for ten years. Complementing this is several decades of experience in the accounting field, a discipline she first mastered while apprenticing at her mother's CPA firm. This diverse background provides a unique perspective to the team. Currently, her primary responsibilities include managing accounts receivable, filing sales tax returns, and performing financial reporting analysis.

Accounting

Since joining SquareOne in 2022, Olivia has leveraged more than a decade of experience in accounting, finance, and administration within the automotive industry. Her proven track record of streamlining processes, reducing costs, and implementing impactful programs has consistently driven operational efficiency and contributed to organizational success. Passionate about continuous improvement, Olivia enjoys finding innovative ways to enhance workflows, strengthen financial processes, and build scalable systems that enable lasting growth.

IT/MIS

Hutch joined SquareOne in 2021. Previously, Hutch held roles in overseeing restaurant management information systems. (MIS) Hutch led support teams at CTUIT, an industry software, serving clients like SquareOne. Hutch brings almost a decade of direct front-of-house and store-level management experience to his role. Hutch attended Arkansas State University.

Marketing

Emily joined SquareOne in 2021 and has grown alongside the company's expanding portfolio of restaurant concepts. She supports marketing, creative, and brand initiatives across multiple markets, overseeing projects ranging from menu development and creative production to digital campaigns and brand strategy. Emily holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Training

Jason began his journey with SquareOne in 2015 at STIR in Chattanooga as a server and bartender. With his strong work ethic he quickly worked his way up to manager and opened STIR in Charlotte, NC in 2020, where he developed a passion for training. He joined the corporate team in 2024, greatly impacting and improving the training systems. He has now opened multiple restaurants and trained the front-of-house staff on our systems and culture. Jason holds a Business Management degree from the University of Tennessee at Chattanooga.

Human Resources

Josh joined SquareOne in 2026 and brings nearly a decade of Human Resources experience. Josh acted as a Human Resources Generalist with U.S. Xpress Trucking before moving into a Director of Human Resources role with a large pizza franchise with over 50 stores operating in five states.  Josh has also worked in leadership roles within the restaurant industry, including 8 years managing at Buffalo Wild Wings.  Josh holds a BS in Human Resources and Organizational Leadership and also has a Master's of Science in Organizational Leadership from Belhaven University.  

Beverage

Ron joined the Square One team in 2021 as a bartender at Stir Chattanooga where he traveled and helped train at new restaurants before moving into management at multiple locations. In 2026 he returned to Chattanooga to move into the Beverage Director role. Ron now oversees the bar operations of all Square One properties, spearheading beverage development, bar operations, and bar training.
