Sister Restaurants State of Confusion and STIR will be donating a portion of their food and drink proceeds to local Charlotte charity for the month of November.

A new establishment is causing quite the “stir” in downtown Greenville these days…and for good reason! STIR opened its doors at the corner of McBee and Falls in June and the buzz has not stopped.

 There is much to discuss about the newly opened STIR restaurant in the heart of downtown Greenville, and much has been shared.

The restaurant – based out of Chattanooga, Tennessee – is known for its unique, crafted cocktails. The cocktails begin with a 300-pound block of ice that’s then carved out for each cocktail. Each individual block is carefully thawed to manage water dilution in a guest’s cocktail.

STIR, a concept out of Chattanooga, Tenn., has announced an opening timeline for its new downtown restaurant at 214 E. McBee Ave.

No doubt you’ve heard of the newly opened Massey’s Kitchen on Lookout Mountain by now. A destination restaurant in the few days it’s been open, this remarkable place beckons folks from far and wide and all say the drive is worth it!

State of Confusion, a sister concept of Stir Charlotte, is set to open in LoSo Village on Monday.

State of Confusion is now open in LoSo, marking the second location for the popular restaurant and bar.

SquareUp Foundation, which supports area not-for-profit organizations and was started by Chattanooga-based hospitality group SquareOne Holding Company, has donated $12,734 to the CHATT Foundation.
